Welcome to the International Aphid Genomics Consortium (IAGC).
Launched in 2003, the International Aphid Genomics Consortium aims to organize the community to develop and succeed in genomics and post-genomics initiatives.
Anyone willing to contribute to community projects that involve the sharing, construction and use of genomic and post-genomic resources for aphids is welcome to become a member.
The IAGC regularly organizes workshops (at least every two years), as well as working groups such as for manual and expert genome annotation, or any other technical discussion groups that members would like to take charge of (e.g. CRISPR-Cas9).
The IAGC (will) provide guidelines for community genome projects, in relation with the i5k initiative.
