Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are progressively migrating all our genomes to a brand new system (based on Docker, Galaxy and GMOD tools).
Today we are happy to announce that the Myzus persicae has been migrated, and is now available for everyone.
The old Myzus persicae website will stay online for a few weeks while we fix the last bugs and make some polishing.
Feel free to test the new website and give us some feedback.
We are experiencing problem on one of our storage system, as a result, our web services are currently degraded.
We are working hard to bring everything back online. Sorry for the inconvenience.
EDIT: The problem is now fixed, all services are back to normal
If you are involved in the annotation of new genomes using Apollo, we have just made available up-to-date guidelines to help you in the curation process.
These guidelines will be used during the March 22nd and 31st webinars.
