We are progressively migrating all our genomes to a brand new system (based on Docker, Galaxy and GMOD tools).
Today we are happy to announce that the Myzus persicae has been migrated, and is now available for everyone.
The old Myzus persicae website will stay online for a few weeks while we fix the last bugs and make some polishing.
Feel free to test the new website and give us some feedback.
We are experiencing problem on one of our storage system, as a result, our web services are currently degraded.
We are working hard to bring everything back online. Sorry for the inconvenience.
EDIT: The problem is now fixed, all services are back to normal
If you are involved in the annotation of new genomes using Apollo, we have just made available up-to-date guidelines to help you in the curation process.
These guidelines will be used during the March 22nd and 31st webinars.
Due to a general shutdown of the electrical installations of Irisa/Inria, the entire GenOuest and BIPAA infrastructure will be stopped on 24 March afternoon with a progressive restart scheduled on 27 March.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Due to changes in the INRA messaging system, our email address has changed.
You should now contact us at: bipaa@inra.fr
The old address (bipaa@rennes.inra.fr) will stop working in a few months.
Please find below the program of the next IAGC workshop in Orlando (Spetember 25th 2016):
The GenOuest platform that is hosting the BIPAA services is planning a scheduled maintenance from April 4th to April 13th 2016.
Consequently, all the BIPAA services and websites will be unavailable during this whole period.
The aim of this maintenance is to perform a major upgrade of the machine room hosting the GenOuest and BIPAA servers. It will concern the raised floor, to increase its resistance, and also the electrical cabinet of the room.
We are aware of the inconvenience this causes but these works are unavoidable and will enable us to provide better service through a more suitable infrastructure.
Thank you for your understanding
The BIPAA team
